ANDREW D. POLIN, a Founding Partner, is a graduate of St. John's University School of Law and Hofstra University. He was a First Lieutenant, USAR. He practices in the areas of personal injury and criminal law with extensive experience in the fields of complex litigation, construction accidents, products, vehicle, and premises liability. Mr. Polin has represented people charged in criminal matters ranging from drug felonies and DWI's to homicide.
Mr. Polin is a member of the American Bar Association, the Nassau County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and is admitted to practice in all Courts of record in the State of New York as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Mr. Polin has been a guest lecturer at the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He has been an expert lecturer in the area of products liability.
